Job summary

ConcertAI is seeking a hands-on Implementation specialist to join the Terarecon team. You will install and configure Terarecon products on customer networks, either remotely or onsite, and perform data migrations to align with client requirements.

The role requires strong technical installation skills, cloud infrastructure experience, and the ability to travel for service visits. You will document processes and assist with post-installation support as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or IT certification in a technical field or equivalent.
Analytical and written communication skills.
Experience with enterprise server, workstation, networking, storage installation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of DICOM, PACS, HL7 and EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

Install and configure Terarecon products on customer networks remotely or onsite.
Perform installation for customer systems on Terarecon’s cloud infrastructure.
Migrate data per customer requirements.
Test and verify installations.
Maintain cloud services, monitor resources and downtime to ensure business continuity.
Upgrade customer tenants on Terarecon’s Cloud.
Collaborate with third-party vendors on integration with medical imaging viewers (DICOM, HL7).
Provide technical training for customer IT staff.
Occasional travel for installations and service visits (domestic and international).
Document installation activities in CRM.
Manage customer service projects as required.
