Job summary

ImageTrend, LLC. seeks a Technical Implementation Specialist I to coordinate and deliver client implementations of ImageTrend solutions. You’ll work with healthcare and public safety clients to set up integrations, train users, and ensure successful delivery.

This role is remote nationwide in the US, with optional onsite activities and up to 10% travel. A bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required, along with experience in technical client services and project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in technical client services or support, preferably in implementation, integration, business analysis or project services.
• Understanding of state and national EMS and Fire reporting requirements.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients through planning, development, training and execution of delivery for ImageTrend technical solutions, including integration setup and configuration services.
• Maintains client implementation schedules, ensuring high quality delivery and compliance to timeframe and requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Documents implementation requirements, objectives, obstacles, and delays in systems of record; tracks time and milestones.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with clients, providing timely, informed, reliable advice and communicating project status.
• Conducts onsite and virtual training with clients during the implementation process.
• Ensures successful handoff to Support or other teams after delivery.”],
