Job summary

ImageTrend is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist I to deliver and coordinate technical customer implementations and integrations for our healthcare and public safety software solutions. You will work directly with client communities to ensure successful setups and clear understanding of the solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in technical client services or support, preferably in SaaS/healthcare/ public safety industries.
• Understanding of implementation, project management or training delivery.
• Knowledge of EMS and Fire reporting requirements.
• Strong technical aptitude with MS Office and ability to learn new tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients through planning, development, training and execution of delivery for ImageTrend technical solutions including integration setup and configuration services.
• Design and maintain client implementation schedules ensuring high quality delivery within timeframes.
• Document implementation requirements and progress in CRM and project records; manage milestones and invoicing where needed.
• Contribute to department procedures and internal systems, including demos and internal products.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely, informed advice and status updates.
• Conduct onsite and virtual client trainings during implementation.
