Job summary

ConcertAI is seeking a Lead Project Manager, Implementations to drive onboarding and implementation of our Data Aggregation and Analytics solutions for healthcare customers. You will lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate with clients and data vendors, and manage governance and timelines.

You will own go‑live readiness, risk mitigation, and change control while partnering with Solution Consultants on requirements and design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 5+ years leading enterprise software or healthcare analytics implementations.
• Proven, multi-stakeholder client project leadership with third-party vendors.
• Strong PM, organizational, and executive engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer-facing leader for implementations.
• Manage cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Data Ops, Compliance, QA.
• Lead kickoff, governance reviews, and status updates with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects stay within scope, timeline, and contractual obligations.
• Oversee testing readiness, go-live planning, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and data providers for onboarding and testing.
• Monitor project health and mitigate risks and issues.
