Job summary

ConcertAI is seeking an Implementation team member for Terarecon deployments. You will install and configure Terarecon products on customer networks, whether remote or onsite, and perform data migrations in line with customer requirements.

You’ll test installations, monitor cloud services, and work with EMR/PACS vendors to integrate with the medical imaging viewer using DICOM and HL7. Occasional travel and post-installation support are part of the role, with CRM documentation and team

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or IT certification in a technical field or equivalent.
Strong analytical and written communications skills.
Experience with enterprise server, workstation, networking, and storage installation and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of DICOM, PACS, HL7 and EMR is a plus.
Experience with Windows Server, firewalls, and network performance testing.
Familiarity with SQL servers, IIS, and VMware.
Understanding of cloud services across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure.

Responsibilities

Install and configure Terarecon products on customer networks remotely or onsite.
Perform installation for customer systems on Terarecon’s cloud infrastructure.
Migrate data per customer requirements.
Test and verify installations.
Monitor cloud services and manage capacity to ensure business continuity.
Maintain and upgrade customer's tenant on Terarecon's Cloud.
Collaborate with third-party vendors (EMR, PACS, VNA) on integration with the imaging viewer using DICOM, HL7.
Conduct technical training for customer IT staff.
Travel for installations and service visits as needed.
Provide technical expertise on authentication, storage, and system specs in cloud offering.
Assist with post-installation support.
Document installation activities in CRM.
Manage customer service department projects as required.
