Job summary

Otava seeks an experienced Implementation Engineer to drive the technical execution of customer projects across cloud, storage, DR, networking, and security. You will deploy, configure, validate, and document environments while coordinating with Engineering, Technical Services, and Customer Success to ensure on-time delivery.

The role emphasizes lifecycle support from implementation through operational handoff, with opportunities to optimize deployment processes and introduce automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field.
• Experience with enterprise infrastructure implementations and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer implementation projects per approved Statements of Work.
• Install, configure, migrate, and validate cloud and infrastructure solutions.
• Perform implementation activities for compute, storage, networking, backup, DR, and security services.
• Participate in project kickoffs and technical planning sessions.
• Ensure milestones are completed on schedule.
• Update runbooks and technical procedures.
• Maintain project records within Jira and related tools.
• Document customer configurations and handoffs.
• Provide technical guidance throughout projects.
