Job summary
Adapture is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead technical execution of customer projects across cloud, infrastructure, backup, DR, networking, and security solutions. You will deploy, configure, validate, and document customer environments while ensuring on-time delivery per design.
Collaborate with Manager of Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Technical Services, and Customer Success to ensure a smooth transition from project delivery into ongoing operations and to drive improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years implementing enterprise infrastructure solutions.
- Experience with managed services, hosting, or cloud providers.
- Experience working on customer-facing technical projects.
Responsibilities
- Execute customer implementation projects according to approved Statements of Work.
- Install, configure, migrate, and validate cloud and infrastructure solutions.
- Deploy VMware, virtualization, storage, networking, and cloud infrastructure.
- Configure backup and disaster recovery environments.
- Document customer configurations and operational handoffs.
- Provide technical guidance throughout implementation projects.
