Job summary

Irth Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant in Columbus, OH to lead end-to-end software implementations, gather requirements, configure Irth platforms, and deliver client training and support. You will work with clients to translate business needs into system configurations, act as SME, and ensure projects meet KPIs, timelines, and budgets.

Hybrid work with in-office collaboration is encouraged. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work independently

Qualifications

Experience translating business requirements into system configurations.
Experience leading requirements sessions with clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end software implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and ongoing support.
Coordinate client requirements and data for configuration and customization of Irth software.
Deliver training, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate testing to ensure client success.
Maintain strong client relationships and clear communication throughout implementation.
Collaborate with product and development teams to align delivery with roadmaps and timelines.
