You will manage the full development cycle, from Indications to trial design, execution, analysis, regulatory filings, and publications. The role involves supervising Clinical Scientists, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring scientific excellence with international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical and/or development experience in pharma/biotech settings.
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in drug development or biomedical research.
• Demonstrated record of scientific scholarship and achievement.
• Experience in designing and executing phase 2/3 trials in rheumatologic diseases is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and direction of clinical research for immunology assets.
• Oversee design, initiation, execution, monitoring, and analysis of trials.
• Engage in regulatory filing, publication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Supervise Clinical Scientists and work with regulatory, statistics, and manufacturing teams.
• Travel ~20% to manage ongoing or future clinical projects.
