Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical and/or development experience (academia, clinical medicine, and/or corporate clinical development).
• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in drug development or biomedical research in academia.
• Demonstrated record of scientific scholarship and achievement.
• Prior experience in design and execution of phase 2 or 3 clinical trials in rheumatologic diseases is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical research activities involving investigational compounds in Immunology.
• Plan, initiate, monitor, analyze, and regulate clinical development programs.
• Evaluate pre-clinical data to inform development strategy and INDs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including regulatory, statistics, and manufacturing.
• Lead collaborations with external researchers and manage trial execution.
• Prepare development documents, budgets, and position papers for stakeholders.
