Merck & Co. is seeking a Principal Scientist (Director) to lead Immunology Biomarker strategies within Translational Clinical Biomarkers.

You will design, execute, and communicate biomarker strategies across discovery to late-stage development, informing dose decisions and clinical endpoints. You will lead cross-functional biomarker teams, translate disease biology into clinically actionable plans, and drive innovative approaches to precision medicine with a strong focus on decision-making and

Qualifikationen

PhD or MD in Immunology or related field with 7+ years experience in Immunology.
MS with 10+ years of experience, or BS with 14+ years in related translational medicine.
Experience in autoimmune/inflammatory diseases preferred.

Aufgaben

Lead and shape integrated biomarker strategies across discovery, early- and late-stage clinical programs across Translational Medicine.
Serve as biomarker strategy lead within cross-functional program teams and governance forums.
Translate disease biology into clinically actionable biomarker strategies and drive innovative approaches.
