Job summary

Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Senior Sales Specialist – Immunohistochemistry to drive revenue growth in the NJ territory. The role collaborates with Sales, Service, and Applications teams to meet performance targets, with a fully remote setup in New Jersey.

You will manage opportunities in SFDC, deliver product demonstrations and customer training, and pursue strategic selling to expand market presence. The position reports to the Sales Manager within the Commercial Organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science OR equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3+ years relevant sales experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM software; Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales goals for the territory in coordination with the local team.
• Maintain accurate opportunity and customer data in SFDC and participate in coaching as needed.
• Deliver sales and support services, coordinate product demos, installations and customer training.
• Develop and expand Leica Biosystems' influence across territories, monitor competitive activities and utilize strategic selling tools.
