Job summary

Fragomen is seeking a Senior Business Immigration Analyst to impact client service and growth. You will manage case preparation, document gathering, drafting, and government filings under supervision, while meeting deadlines and SLAs.

You will communicate with foreign nationals and clients, use case management systems for data reporting, and uphold firm standards to mitigate risk and ensure regulatory compliance in a dynamic immigration environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Associate/Paralegal or equivalent experience in customer-facing roles.
• Minimum two years in business immigration or paralegal work.
• Strong written and verbal communication and proofreading skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and balance multiple cases.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file petitions with government agencies and gather documents.
• Draft case materials, review documents, and manage case filing.
• Communicate case status with foreign nationals and client contacts.
• Meet SLAs and report progress to supervisors and clients.
• Use case management systems to compile data and support reporting.

Skills

Two years immigration experience

Excellent written/verbal communication

Prioritization and deadline management

Client-facing communication

Familiarity with MS Word and Excel

Education
