Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, Paralegal certification OR experience in a customer facing or client service role.
• Two years of business immigration experience (paralegal) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and escalate issues to supervisor.
• Experience using MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of the firm, immigration case types and client processes.
• Prepare and file petitions with government agencies, including document gathering and drafting.
• Communicate with foreign nationals and client contacts regarding case status.
• Meet SLAs and report case progress to supervisor.
• Summarize large data sets in case management systems for clients and team.
