You will engage with customers professionally, document all service activities, and collaborate with field peers to resolve issues while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Ability to document service activity clearly and timely.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on service and repair of imaging equipment across designated region.
• Maintain professional customer interactions and effective communication.
• Inspect, calibrate, and maintain imaging modalities per OEM specs and contracts.
• Collaborate with engineers in the field to resolve complex issues quickly.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to ensure uptime and service coverage.
• Identify parts and assist with quoting and logistics to enable timely sourcing.
