Job summary

Carestream is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support X-Ray imaging systems across hospitals and imaging centers. You will install, troubleshoot and maintain equipment at customer sites, travel as needed, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing service revenue.

You will work from a home office with a company vehicle, laptop and phone provided, plus an annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent in electronics or related field.
• 2+ years in diagnostic imaging or 4+ years in electronics, preferably field service.
• Knowledge of computers and networking; PC competency with Office.
• Ability to read schematics and install/repair equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build credibility with customers through pro-active visits.
• Provide timely communications on equipment issues.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, network, and mechanical problems.
• Generate revenue by offering service solutions.
• Complete PMs, installations and service documentation.
