Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an Intensive Special Programs Supervisor to lead IHBT across multiple counties in Ohio. You will supervise IHBT Therapists, coordinate resources, and monitor work processes to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.

Independent licensure (LPCC or LISW) and a Master’s degree in social work or counseling are required, with travel up to 75%. The role partners with OhioRISE, Center of Excellence, and community stakeholders to expand

We are seeking an Intensive Special Programs Supervisor

Serving Guernsey, Noble, Perry, and Morgan Counties, in Ohio

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve southeastern and central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. The supervisor of Intensive Home-Based Treatment (IHBT) accomplishes ISBH objectives by supervising IHBT Therapists, organizing resources, and monitoring work processes related to the organization’s intensive service offerings. The supervisor will work in close collaboration with the manager of intensive special programs, OhioRISE, Center of Excellence, Case Western Reserve University, other IHBT supervisors, human resources, and in alignment with the behavioral health performance team.

Independent licensure as a Counselor (LPCC) or Social Worker (LISW) is required.

The annual salary range for this position is $87,900.00 to $93,000 based on experience.

Essential Functions:

• Supervises a team of 8 IHBT therapists across a multi-county area consisting of several County
• Responsible for fidelity tracking and client engagement for certification through Case Western Reserve University’s Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Center of Excellence
• Provides direct oversight over each IHBT therapist, including approving time off and completing yearly employee evaluations.
• Promotes available programs and services in local communities and aims to increase enrollment and utilization.
• Develops and maintains working relationships with partner agencies and community stakeholders in communities se
• Oversees cases focusing on the acuity of need to prioritize clients based on the intensity of service.
• Assures team productivity standards are met.
• Reviews and monitors clinical documentation in the electronic health records for appropriateness and compliance.
• Facilitates programming for members both on-site and in the community.
• Provides coverage of direct clinical and other behavioral health services as needed when the assigned IHBT therapist is out of the office.
• Tracks participant demographics and other relevant data.
• Assists with interviewing new IHBT therapists and onboarding them
• Travels within the designated service areas
• Performs other duties assigned

Minimum Requirements:

• Master's degree in social work or counseling required.
• Must meet requirements for independent licensure as defined by the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board. (LISW, LPCC, IMFT)
• 2+ years of experience delivering or overseeing an IHBT/MST/FFT team.
• Experience working in the behavioral health field and/or working with multi-system youth and families required.
• Experience with wraparound services.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Broad knowledge of community service systems.
• Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace required.
• Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems.
• Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
• Travel requirement up to 75% of the time throughout the multi-county area.
• Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with the appropriate level of insurance coverage.
