Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead IFM and Project Management procurement activities across Israel. You will partner with operations and project teams to drive supplier performance, cost savings, and compliant, efficient procurement across the business.

The role requires 8–10 years in IFM procurement, strong negotiation skills, and advanced Excel/data analysis capabilities, with a focus on delivering value in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in IFM procurement or related field.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers and negotiate contracts.
• Strong knowledge of facilities management service categories.
• Track record of achieving cost savings and risk management.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual procurement plans for IFM and PM activities.
• Act as primary procurement contact for IFM and PM teams.
• Manage procurement for a mid-sized IFM account with stakeholders.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage suppliers.
• Deliver cost savings targets while ensuring service quality.
• Lead commercial negotiations and supplier performance.
• Ensure contract compliance and risk management.
• Support due diligence and cost-saving analyses for new opportunities.
• Lead supplier mobilisation during transitions.
• Identify efficiency opportunities across existing accounts.
• Review project pipelines with project managers for procurement support.
• Drive continuous improvement across procurement processes.
