Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing to drive enterprise-level procurement initiatives, focusing on Integrated Facilities clients and managed services. You will design and execute advanced sourcing strategies, lead supplier relationships, and optimize the supply base to deliver sustainable cost savings and operational excellence.

In this role, you will collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, guide cross-functional teams, and implement standardized sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience in multi-site environments.
• Leadership in managing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Life Sciences/pharma procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across categories with ROI focus.
• Develop category strategies including total cost of ownership, risk, and sustainability.
• Conduct RFx processes for high-value, complex procurements.
• Build strategic supplier relationships and manage escalations.
• Analyze spend data to identify consolidation and cost-reduction opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across legal, finance, operations, and facilities.
• Negotiate master service agreements and terms for enterprise engagements.
• Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business/related field
