Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. is seeking a subject matter expert in strategic sourcing to support supplier relationships, program management, and regional/national programs for clients.

You will collaborate with clients and JLL teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits, analyze market trends, and ensure ethical procurement practices. The role requires a BA/BS degree and 3+ years in strategic sourcing or related experience, with strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university and 3+ years strategic sourcing or related experience.
• Facilities services contracting experience preferred.
• Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; strong analytical and strategizing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be subject matter expert in support of JLL sourcing strategies, supplier relationships and program management.
• Collaborate with clients and JLL teams to drive immediate and sustained benefits.
• Perform periodic market trend analysis in specific categories and report to stakeholders.
• Support regional and national program implementation, coordination and communication.
• Assist supplier relationship and performance programs with key suppliers.
• Guide operations teams through RFP/bid processes, contracting, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with Sourcing policies, risk management, and ethics.
• Coordinate with Corporate Legal and Risk Management on contract terms.
• Prioritize work, assign deliverables, resolve issues to ensure client satisfaction.
• Support development of diversity programs and mentor suppliers.
• Participate in Preferred Supplier performance reviews and e-commerce procurement initiatives.
