Job summary

GBG Americas seeks a Senior Professional Services Consultant to act as a technical liaison between Loqate and customers. You will lead complex deployments, onboard clients, and drive long-term value across diverse industries.

You will troubleshoot, advise on compliance and security, and partner with product teams to shape the roadmap while maintaining strong customer relationships across the Americas region.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
• Experience with address verification technology in e-commerce and digital checkout integrations.
• Strong knowledge of web services and systems architecture (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
• Proven data quality analysis, integration support, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to developers and stakeholders.
• Solid project management with multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Global team experience across time zones.
• Ability to prioritize and act with urgency in fast-paced environments.
• Ownership mindset for successful delivery and customer outcomes.
• Skill in uncovering customer requirements and identifying long-term value opportunities.

Responsibilities
