Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting).
• Experience with address verification technology in e-commerce and digital checkout integrations (Adobe, Salesforce, Shopify).
• Experience with web services and systems architecture (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
• Strong data quality analysis, integration support, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, able to explain complex technical concepts to developers and business stakeholders.
• Strong project management with multiple engagements.
• Proactive problem-solving under tight timelines.
• Global team experience across time zones.
• Ability to prioritize and act with urgency in fast-paced environments.
• Ownership mindset as a technical consultant.
• Skilled at uncovering customer requirements and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Tailor the Loqate integration solution across operating systems and web development languages to meet customer expectations.
• Provide Professional Services expertise to Business Development and Customer Success teams.
• Configure, implement, and support Loqate global location intelligence solutions.
• Present Loqate solutions to customers and prospects, in person and remotely.
• Build lasting customer relationships post-implementation and monitor success.
• Advise on compliance, security, and scalability with customers.
• Voice of the customer to product teams to influence roadmap.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across web services and system architecture.
