Job summary

GBG Americas is seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to act as the technical liaison between our Loqate business, customers, and partners. You will lead complex solution deployments, onboarding, and ongoing optimization to ensure long-term success.

You will drive adoption, troubleshoot challenges, and identify opportunities for growth while engaging across cross-functional teams and time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with address verification technology for e-commerce and digital checkout integrations.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Expertise in data quality analysis, integration support, and technical troubleshooting.
• Exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to developers and business stakeholders.
• Strong project management with multiple customer engagements.
• Global team experience across time zones.
• Ability to prioritize and act with urgency in fast-paced environments.
• Ownership mindset as a technical consultant; responsible for successful delivery.
• Skilled at uncovering customer requirements and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Tailor the Loqate integration solution to meet customer expectations using knowledge of multiple operating systems and web development languages.
• Provide Professional Services expertise to the Business Development and Customer Success teams.
• Configure, implement, and support all Loqate global location intelligence solutions.
