Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role in industries such as Software, Fin Services, Retail or Health
• Experienced with address verification tech in e-commerce integrations (Adobe, Salesforce, Shopify)
• Experience with web services and systems architecture (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Expertise in data quality analysis, integration support, and troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills for both developers and business stakeholders
• Strong project management capabilities with multiple engagements
• Proactive problem solving in fast-paced environments
• Experience working with global teams across time zones
• Ability to prioritize and act with urgency
• Ownership mindset as a technical consultant delivering successful outcomes
• Ability to derive customer requirements and identify long-term value

Responsibilities

• Tailor Loqate integration using OS and web languages to meet customer expectations
• Provide Professional Services expertise to Business Development and Customer Success teams
• Configure, implement, and support Loqate global location intelligence solutions
• Present Loqate knowledge to customers and prospects in-person or remotely
• Build lasting customer relationships post-implementation and monitor success
• Advise on compliance, security, and scalability; identify expansion opportunities
• Voice the customer and influence product roadmap based on needs
• Troubleshoot complex issues across web services, system architecture and mobile solutions
