Job summary

Ping Identity seeks an experienced executive-facing technologist to drive strategic conversations with C-suite customers. You will lead high-stakes discussions on authentication, fraud detection, risk engines, and identity verification, translating complex technology into measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with sales and solution engineers to guide evaluations, proofs-of-concept, and deployments, while informing product strategy with market insights and customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or customer-facing technical roles at executive level.
• Ability to translate technical topics into business value for decision-makers.
• Strong knowledge of authentication standards (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, FIDO, Passkeys).

Responsibilities

• Represent the company with executive presence, delivering roadmap presentations and strategic briefings for C-suite and senior leadership.
• Lead high-impact technical discussions and workshops across authentication, fraud, risk engines, and identity verification.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, framing technical solutions in terms of business outcomes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Capture insights from customer engagements and market trends to influence product strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Partner with account teams and solution engineers on customer engagements, evaluations, POCs, and deployments.
• Create executive-ready enablement materials and technical resources such as demo scripts and deep-dive guides.
• Track emerging standards and technologies in identity, authentication, and fraud prevention for clients and stakeholders.
