Job summary

Ping Identity seeks a Senior Product Technologist to join our team as a subject matter expert for identity security solutions. This highly customer-facing role combines deep technical knowledge with relationship-building to support enterprise customers and influence product strategy.

You will gather feedback from the field, drive executive-ready materials, and partner with product teams to shape the future of authentication, fraud prevention, and identity verification.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to communicate with impact to executive audiences.
• Fluency across authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, FIDO, Passkeys) and related risk domains.
• Experience translating complex technical topics into business value for decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company with executive presence, delivering roadmap presentations and strategic briefs for C-suite and senior leadership.
• Lead high-impact technical discussions and workshops across authentication, fraud detection, risk engines, and identity verification.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, framing technical solutions in business outcomes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Capture insights from customer engagements and market trends to influence product strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Partner with account teams and solution engineers on customer engagements, ensuring evaluations, proofs-of-concept, and deployments.
• Create and deliver executive enablement materials (briefs, guides) alongside technical resources like demo scripts and guides.
• Track emerging standards and technologies in identity, authentication, and fraud prevention to inform customers and stakeholders.
