Ping Identity seeks a Senior Product Specialist to serve as a SME for identity security solutions, combining deep technical knowledge with executive-facing relationship skills to support enterprise customers.

You will influence product strategy by gathering field feedback, leading discussions on authentication and risk, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes executive communication, customer success, and strategic enablement.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or customer-facing technical roles with executive-level engagement.
• Proven ability to communicate with impact, from technical deep dives to executive presentations.
• Broad fluency across authentication protocols and standards and linking to risk, fraud, and identity verification domains.
• Exceptional professionalism and presence with enterprise customers and internal executives alike.
• Ability to translate complex technical topics into business value discussions for decision-makers.
• Strong plus: MFA, fraud/risk engines, behavioral analytics, and identity verification technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver roadmap presentations and strategic briefings tailored for C-suite audiences.
• Lead high-impact technical discussions across authentication, fraud detection, risk engines, and identity verification.
• Advise enterprise customers by framing technical solutions in terms of business outcomes, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Capture insights from customer engagements and market trends to influence product strategy and long-term roadmap.
• Partner with account teams and solution engineers on evaluations, proofs-of-concepts, and deployments.
• Create executive-ready enablement materials and demos along with technical resources like deep-dive guides.
• Stay ahead of emerging standards and technologies in identity, authentication, and fraud prevention.
