Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Senior Product Specialist who will serve as a technical SME for authentication, risk engines, and identity verification. The role blends deep technical work with executive‑level engagement to shape product strategy and customer outcomes.

You will partner with account teams to support enterprise evaluations, create enablement materials, and stay ahead of identity security trends, all while helping customers achieve secure, seamless digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in IAM, cybersecurity, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience communicating with executive stakeholders.
• Fluent understanding of authentication protocols and standards.
• Ability to translate complex topics into business value.
• Knowledge of MFA and identity verification technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Ping Identity with executive presence, delivering roadmap briefings for C‑suite audiences.
• Lead high‑impact technical discussions on authentication, fraud detection, and identity verification.
• Advise enterprise customers on business outcomes, compliance, and risk management.
• Capture field insights to influence product strategy and long‑term roadmap.
• Collaborate with account teams and solution engineers on evaluations and deployments.
• Create executive enablement materials and technical resources for sales and customers.
• Track emerging standards in identity, authentication, and fraud prevention.
