Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Senior Support Engineer for Identity Security in a US remote role. You will be the technical lifeline for strategic accounts, shaping how the support function operates from day one.

This role blends deep identity security knowledge with AI-driven workflow design, diagnostics, and collaboration with Product and Engineering to deliver robust, scalable support for complex environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in technical support, solutions engineering, or customer-facing engineering within cybersecurity.
• Direct background in identity security — IAM, PAM, IGA, or non-human identity — is required.
• Working knowledge of core identity stacks (Okta, Entra ID, Active Directory), identity governance (SailPoint), and PAM solutions (CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure IAM. Fluency in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos, and mTLS.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end resolution of complex issues across enterprise customers from triage to root-cause analysis and fixes.
• Resolve issues across identity stacks in SaaS and on-prem environments.
• Investigate distributed systems and data pipeline issues (NXLog, S3, MongoDB, Datadog).
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering; reproduce bugs and file high-quality tickets.
• Build and maintain customer-facing troubleshooting guides and runbooks.
