Job summary
Cyera is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer to resolve deep technical issues across AI security, data discovery, and DLP workflows. You will own tickets from start to finish and act as the trusted technical advisor for customers.
Responsibilities include automating diagnostics, partnering with Product/Engineering, and mentoring Tier 1 staff. A Bachelor's in CS or related field and 5+ years in similar roles are required. Remote-friendly role with robust benefits.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in technical support, support engineering, or similar roles in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Scripting/automation: Python, Bash, or PowerShell experience; automation of diagnostic workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own complex technical troubleshooting across product domains; reproduce issues and validate workarounds.
- Manage Support Tickets from discovery to resolution as primary technical authority.
- Develop runbooks and guides; improve escalation quality and reduce repeats.
