Job summary

Cyera is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to be the technical voice for customers, guiding onboarding, adoption, and long-term value of Cyera's identity platform. You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, and Sales to align on security requirements and executive engagement.

In this high-impact, remote-friendly role, you’ll drive product adoption, address challenges, and shape future product directions, working with security teams in leading enterprises worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer facing roles (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Professional Services, Solution Architect).
• Ninja mindset: strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
• Extensive experience delivering Cyber/Identity solutions to large enterprises.
• Experience interfacing with IT practitioners, developers, DevOps, identity & security teams.
• Proven ability to boost satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Experience in an early stage company is highly preferred.
• Strong project juggling across multiple accounts with high attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proven track record of owning onboarding, renewal, and expansion with customers.
• Excellent collaboration across teams to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for customer needs to internal teams.
• Lead technical onboarding for new customers with cross-functional support.
• Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and engage executives.
• Monitor usage and identify upsell/renewal opportunities.
• Educate customers on products and drive adoption with Product teams.
• Identify and remove blockers to customer success.
• Support customer education with self-paced training resources.
• Manage end-to-end customer lifecycle from onboarding to QBRs.
