Job summary

Thrive Global seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and operate identity systems across Thrive products. You will own onboarding, authentication, and authorization for users in the Thrive ecosystem.

You will independently scope medium-to-large projects, collaborate with Product, and balance speed with quality while ensuring security and reliability. This role offers meaningful ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or relevant work experience.
• Senior engineer with end-to-end ownership of production systems.
• Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML and SCIM provisioning.
• Experience with enterprise identity providers and SSO configurations.
• Experience in security-sensitive or regulated environments (SOC 2, HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise identity platform end-to-end.
• Independently scope and deliver medium-to-large projects.
• Partner with Product and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Set a high bar for quality without sacrificing pace.
• Support reliability and incident response during US hours.
