Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America. We seek a Senior Identity Engineer to own end-to-end identity—SSO, MFA, joiner-mover-leaver, privileged access, secrets—across corporate, cloud, and factory systems in Los Angeles.

You’ll build an automation-first, least-privilege program that reduces risk while keeping engineers fast. You will ship identity capabilities across Okta/Entra/Google Workspace, Azure and AWS, collaborating with security, IT, and Compliance to ensure

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design and ship identity systems at scale.
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0 flows, OIDC, SAML and RBAC.
• Hands-on experience with IdPs (Okta / Entra / Google Workspace / Auth0 / Zitadel).
• Solid understanding of cloud identities mapping to infrastructure.
• Autonomous, fast-paced contributor able to own the domain end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate our IdP stack (SSO, MFA, SCIM) and related systems.
• Scale identity systems using OAuth2.0 / OIDC / SAML and modern authorization models.
• Manage cloud identity end-to-end (Azure/AWS) and workload/service identities.
• Collaborate across teams to automate the access lifecycle and reviews.
• Partner with security, compliance, and IT to ensure telemetry is actionable and auditable.
