Job summary

Trinsic is seeking a senior software engineer to help us take on big bets as a team. We build infrastructure for online identity and trust on the web, including integration with mobile IDs and digital credentials.

You'll be the 5th engineer, owning features end-to-end with a focus on durable systems, strong engineering judgment, and low-friction collaboration. Expect a high-autonomy environment with minimal meetings and strong ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience building backend systems in .NET/C# with a strong sense for reliability.
• Frontend experience with React and modern web app patterns is desirable.
• Ability to design durable, scalable architectures and ship customer-focused features.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end features from concept to production and monitoring.
• Collaborate with product, design, and security teams to deliver robust identity solutions.
• Advise on architecture and technology choices while staying pragmatic.
• Balance speed with long-term maintainability and data privacy best practices.
