Job summary

Okta is seeking an experienced technical consultant to provide hands-on deployment services for customers. You will lead multiple deployment projects, mentor customers, and collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success to ensure long-term success.

Candidates should have 5–7 years in technical consulting, strong identity federation know-how (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0), and experience with JavaScript frameworks. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
• Experience with identity federation protocols: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, WS-Federation.
• Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and modern infrastructures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on deployment services to customers in post-sales role.
• Lead multiple concurrent customer deployment projects to ensure success.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Engineering and Support to address issues.
• Mentor customers on deployment best practices and solutions.
• Design and troubleshoot Okta service configurations for customers.
