Job summary

Qualifications

• 5-7 years experience delivering solutions to external customers.
• Experience with identity federation and access control models (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0).
• Software development experience (Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, REST/JSON).
• Knowledge of enterprise web technologies and modern security practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-sales deployment projects to ensure long-term customer success.
• Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements.
• Provide design and deployment solutions that drive customer satisfaction.
• Mentor customers and coordinate with Engineering and Support teams.
• Collaborate with Sales on expansion opportunities.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites.
