Job summary

Okta is seeking a Services Architect to act as a technical authority for cloud and on‑prem IT systems. You will lead the design and implementation of Okta’s Workforce Identity Cloud for customer identity use cases, building strong customer relationships and translating business needs into actionable strategies.

You will join the Professional Services team, driving engagements from discovery through design and delivery, with frequent interaction with CxOs and customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT / software development experience, solution design and technical architecture experience.
• 3+ years of consulting experience.
• 3+ years driving application architecture design.
• 3+ years of experience with IAM architectures (Identity & Access Management).
• 3+ years implementing cloud solutions (AWS, Google Apps, Salesforce).
• Experience with B2C/B2B identity use cases (registration, MFA, SSO, delegated admin).
• Ability to engage with CxOs and senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for Identity platform powered by Okta.
• Document common technical and functional requirements for solutions.
• Develop project plans to implement proposed solutions.
• Provide technical leadership within the professional services delivery team.
• Conduct periodic health-checks and project reviews.
