Job summary

Optiv seeks an experienced consultant specializing in Access Management and Federation to design, implement, and support advanced identity solutions. You will lead complex deployments, drive integrations, and mentor junior staff while ensuring high-quality deliverables across client engagements.

The role requires strong Okta architecture, MFA, and SSO expertise, with broad knowledge of SAML/OAuth/OpenID and REST/SOAP web services. Remote work options are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years designing, implementing or supporting Access Management and Federation.
• Okta architecture and design experience required or strong equivalent.
• Advanced MFA and SSO solutions design knowledge.
• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OpenID and web services (REST/SOAP).

Responsibilities

• Deliver solo-based work or lead complex projects as a technical escalation point.
• Lead in capacity planning, hardware specification, and technology deployments.
• Drive integrations, workflow configuration, and third-party system connections.
• Lead UAT, bug fixing, and post-production support activities.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and participate in professional associations.
