Job summary

Stord Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in Dallas, TX, to oversee day-to-day operations at the fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in high-volume environments and strong leadership skills, managing teams of up to 60 employees.

This role involves managing inventory accuracy, operational KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and advanced Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a high volume direct to consumer environment in a manager level role or higher.
• Experience leading teams of 60 non-exempt employees or more.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operations for the entire fulfillment center.
• Lead and develop a team of Area Managers, operations leads and warehouse associates.
• Responsible for overseeing inventory accuracy and supporting quality assurance activities.
