Job summary

Stord is seeking an Operations Manager for their fulfillment center in Dallas, Texas. This role requires strong leadership skills and a focus on operational efficiency, overseeing a team of Area Managers and associates.

The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting operational KPIs, ensuring inventory accuracy, and managing all aspects of day-to-day operations including budgeting and staffing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a high volume direct to consumer environment in a manager level role or higher.
• Experience leading salaried teams of 5 or more and teams of 60 non-exempt or more.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the fulfillment center including inbound and outbound flow.
• Lead a team of Area Managers and associates to meet daily operational goals.
• Manage all operational KPIs related to warehouse accuracy and personnel productivity.
