Job summary

Stord, the consumer experience company, is seeking an Operations Manager for our Dallas fulfillment center. You will lead day-to-day operations, drive inbound/outbound flows, and manage a team of Area Managers and warehouse staff to meet daily KPIs.

You will oversee inventory accuracy, control shrink, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client launches. Strong leadership, WMS experience, and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-volume direct-to-consumer environment with a manager-level role or higher.
• Experience leading salaried teams of 5 or more.
• Experience leading large teams (60+ non-exempt).
• Experience running a highly technical operation, including automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the fulfillment center including inbound, put away, outbound, B2C/B2B, and returns.
• Lead and develop Area Managers, operations leads, and warehouse staff to meet daily goals.
• Maintain all operational KPIs: location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA, order productivity, and personnel productivity.
• Budgeting and payroll responsibilities for the operation.
• Ensure smooth operations during new client launches and staffing to plan.
