Job summary

Stord is seeking an ICQA Operations Manager to lead accuracy and control across a large fulfillment center. You will direct day-to-day inbound, put-away, outbound flows and returns, while driving KPI performance and team development.

You will manage budgeting and staffing, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure SOP/GMP compliance in a fast-paced, 200k sq ft environment. Excellent leadership and technical skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a high volume direct to consumer environment in a manager level role or higher.
• Experience leading salaried teams of 5 salaried employees or more.
• Experience leading teams of 60 non-exempt or more.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) from a configuration and troubleshooting perspective.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the fulfillment center including inbound flow, put away, outbound, B2C and B2B, and returns.
• Lead and develop a team of Area Managers, operations leads and warehouse associates to hit daily goals.
• Manage operational KPIs: location accuracy, dock to stock, outbound SLA, Order productivity, and personnel productivity.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and QA activities for the ICQA process area, ensure SOPs and GMP adherence.
• Own budgeting and payroll for operations, staff scheduling and planning.
• Support new client launches and drive cross-functional collaboration with IE, Solutions Eng, QA, and Implementations.
