Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial role in a high volume DTC environment.
• Previous leadership experience with salaried teams of 5 or more.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations in the fulfillment center.
• Deliver on daily operational goals and KPIs.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and quality assurance activities.
