Job summary

Stord Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager ICQA to lead the inventory accuracy and ICQA processes within a high-volume fulfillment center in Las Vegas.

The role focuses on accuracy, staffing, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure reliable order fulfillment for B2C and B2B clients. You will manage a team spanning Area Managers and warehouse staff, drive KPI attainment, and partner with engineering, QA, and implementations to support new client launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a high-volume DTC environment with managerial responsibility.
• Experience leading teams of 5 salaried employees or more and 60+ non-exempt staff.
• Experience running a highly technical operation with automation.
• Experience in a 200k sq ft facility or larger.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel; proficient in data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for the fulfillment center, including inbound, put-away, outbound, and returns.
• Lead and develop a team of Area Managers, operations leads, and warehouse staff to meet daily goals.
• Maintain and improve KPIs: location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA, order/productivity.
• Oversee ICQA processes, audit readiness, SOPs, and GMP-adjacent standards where required.
• Manage budgeting and payroll for operational P&L and staffing to plan.
