Job summary

Stord is hiring an Operations Manager ICQA in Las Vegas to lead day-to-day fulfillment center operations, including inbound, put away, outbound, B2C and B2B flows. You will develop Area Managers and warehouse teams to hit daily KPIs.

The role requires 5+ years in high-volume direct-to-consumer settings, WMS expertise, and strong Excel skills. Expect overtime and close cross-functional collaboration with HR, Safety, and IT.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a high-volume DC or similar facility.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for a large fulfillment center including inbound, put away, outbound, and returns.
• Lead and develop Area Managers, supervisors, and warehouse staff to meet daily goals.
• Maintain KPIs: location accuracy, dock-to-stock, outbound SLA, and productivity.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and quality assurance per SOPs and GMP where required.
• Budget, payroll, staffing, and support for client launches and changes.
