Job summary

Stord is seeking an Operations Manager in Dallas, Texas, to oversee the daily operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. The role includes leading a team of Area Managers and warehouse associates, setting operational KPIs, and managing budget and payroll.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in direct-to-consumer environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive results through effective leadership and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in a high volume direct to consumer environment in a manager level role or higher.
• Experience leading salaried teams of 5 salaried employees or more.
• Experience leading teams of 60 non-exempt or more.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operations for the entire fulfillment center.
• Lead and develop a team of Area Managers and warehouse associates.
