Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Info Sec Operations Engineer to join the Security Organization. You will manage IAM/SSO operations, automate workflows with Python, and integrate AI into identity processes across multi-directory environments.

Responsibilities include configuring Okta and SailPoint IIQ connectors, developing RESTful APIs, and maintaining strong collaboration with GRC, Legal, Security, and Engineering teams in a distributed, remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years IAM experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with two or more of: Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, Okta, PAM (CyberArk/PBUL).
• Proven RESTful API design and consumption experience.
• Familiarity with identity governance concepts (RBAC, access requests, certification workflows).
• SQL fluency for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices (incident, problem, change, service request management).
• Experience troubleshooting provisioning/deprovisioning workflows in multi-directory environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills; able to translate technical details for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM/SSO operations and automation initiatives.
• Integrate AI into identity workflows and automation.
• Develop and troubleshoot REST APIs and connectors (Okta, SailPoint IIQ).
• Maintain observability using Splunk/Grafana for IAM workloads.
• Collaborate with GRC, Legal, Security, and Engineering teams across time zones.
