ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff IAM Software Engineer to join the Identity Platform Engineering team. You will own DevOps foundations, build enterprise-grade identity solutions, and advance security, compliance, and scalability across global environments.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product managers, and drive architectural improvements while delivering reliable, scalable identity services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years software engineering experience with senior staff exposure.
• Strong IAM domain knowledge including RBAC/ABAC and lifecycle management.
• Deep experience building production enterprise platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience integrating AI into workflows and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Own system integrations across Identity Platforms and ServiceNow.
• Develop full stack components and UI for IAM workflows.
• Apply data analytics to identity governance and access decisions.
• Mentor junior to mid-level engineers and drive architectural initiatives.
