Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a skilled IAM engineer to advance identity governance across complex, multi‑directory environments. You will design, implement, and automate provisioning and access reviews using SailPoint IIQ and Okta, with strong REST API integration.

You’ll work across IT, Security, and Engineering to ensure RBAC alignment, logging, and audit readiness in FedRAMP‑like contexts, while embracing AI‑driven automation and scalable DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on IAM experience, including SailPoint IIQ 8.x+ operations in enterprise environments.
• Deep operational experience with two or more of: AD, Entra ID, LDAP, Okta, PAM (CyberArk/PBUL).
• Intermediate-to-advanced programming/scripting in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or JavaScript with automation and logging skills.
• Proven RESTful API design and consumption experience (Okta SDK, SailPoint SDK).
• Knowledge of RBAC, access requests, and certification workflows.
• SQL fluency for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and incident/change management.
• Experience provisioning/deprovisioning workflows in multi‑directory environments.
• Strong documentation and executive‑level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with IAM and security teams to design and implement identity governance solutions.
• Develop automation scripts to improve provisioning, attestation, and access reviews.
• Collaborate with IT and security stakeholders across time zones in distributed environments.
• Contribute to FedRAMP‑compliant processes and audit readiness.
• Build chatbots or AI‑driven automation to optimize IAM workflows.
