ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff IAM Software Engineer to own full‑stack and systems depth, advancing our Identity Platform. You will build DevOps foundations, own critical integrations, and mentor engineers across teams to raise technical excellence.

You will leverage Java/Python, RBAC/ABAC, and AI‑assisted identity governance while delivering scalable, secure, and audit‑ready solutions. This role emphasizes performance, reliability, and collaboration across security and product teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong IAM domain experience with Identity Lifecycle, RBAC/ABAC, Access Certifications, and Privileged Access Management.
• Full stack development depth: backend (Java or Python) and frontend basics (JavaScript, REST APIs).
• Experience building production enterprise‑level platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
• Own system integrations across Identity Platforms and ServiceNow—APIs, connectors, provisioning workflows.
• Contribute full stack development across backend services and IAM workflows.
• Mentor 4–5 junior to mid‑level engineers and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
• Design scalable, reusable software components with strong performance and reliability.
